ACCOMMODATION: All 18 of our luxurious condominium suites offer fully equipped kitchens, living/dining areas, and your choice of Studio, Loft, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each suite is centrally air conditioned, equipped with ceiling fans, cable tv, telephones with private line, unlimited satellite internet access,private safes for valuables, hair dryers, beach towels, and large shaded decks overlooking the pool and/or ocean.
STUDIO SUITE - Our Studio Suite (#4) on beach level with pool and garden views consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and a queen size bed (located behind the sofa) and a bathroom. (Sleeps 2)
ONE BEDROOM SUITES - Our One Bedroom Suites (#7A, #7B) on beach level with pool and garden views consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and a bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed and a bathroom. The sofa in this suite folds out into a queen sleeper. (Sleeps 2-4)
LOFT SUITES - Our Loft Suites (#2, #3, #6, #15) located on the second floor with pool and ocean views consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and a queen bed and bathroom on the lower level. Stairs go up to an open loft where there are two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed and a second bathroom. (Sleeps 4)
TWO BEDROOM SUITES - Our Deluxe Ocean Front Two Bedroom Suite (#10) on beach level with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, panoramic windows and private seaside veranda overlooking the ocean. Each bedroom offers large bathrooms - one with a Jacuzzi tub, the other a large stand-up shower. A queen bed in one room and two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed in the other room. The sofa in this suite folds out into a queen sleeper. (Sleeps 4-6)

Our Ocean View Two Bedroom "Manatee" Suite (#16) on beach level with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, panoramic windows and private veranda with views of the garden and ocean. Each bedroom offers queen beds with pillow top mattresses and TV's. (Sleeps 4)
Our Ocean View Two Bedroom "Seahorse" Suite (#17) located on the second floor that on the lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, guest powder room and veranda overlooking the pool and ocean. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. The sofa in this suite folds out into a queen sleeper. (Sleeps 4-6)
THREE BEDROOM SUITES - Our Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Suite (#14) located on the second floor that on the lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. On the upper level there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. (Sleeps 6)
Our Three Bedroom Three Bathroom Suite (#18) located on the second floor that on the lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and a bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twins. The twin beds in both of the bedrooms can be converted into king beds. (Sleeps 6)
SERVICES & FACILITIES: The Resort has along pier with a cool palapa and swim platform at the end for relaxing and swimming where you can snorkel our man made reef. Or, swim in our exotic freshwater pool and relax in hammocks and chaise lounge chairs under the palms on the beach.
Complimentary bicycles, canoes and kayaks are available for our guests to explore the Island.
Enjoy bird watching in our private nature reserve.
Scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing or guided eco-tours to the rain forest jungle or Mayan ruins can be arranged through our full service tour desk. The dive and tour boats collect and return our guests to our private pier.
The coral reef, just offshore Ambergris Caye, Belize is the most splendid in the western hemisphere with 250 species of fish and colorful coral, incomparable diving, snorkeling and fishing.
Belize is squarely on the map as one of the leading eco-tourism destinations with vast areas of untouched rain forest containing a great variety of animal habitats - a haven for bird watchers.
More than 900 Mayan ruins are scattered around the country. With a population of only 220,000, Belize remains relaxed, intimate and cosmopolitan.
San Pedro Town is located near the southern end of Ambergris Caye and has a variety of restaurants, dive and gift shops and all the amenities one requires.
