Sure to be dubbed a "nine-hole Caribbean monster", the course will rouse golfers with its five long Par Fours into the Caribbean trade winds, which can make a 470-yard hole play like 600. MEETING & EVENTS: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will be home to a 9,130 square foot ballroom with 17-foot ceilings. It will accommodate receptions for up to 910 people or seated dinner for 720 and can be divided into three separate salons as well. The resort will also have five meeting rooms for groups of 50-70 and an executive boardroom.
