Your host and hostess are eminently qualified and experienced in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality. Winston was a former Director of Tourism for Trinidad and Tobago, Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel School and served as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association for two (2) years. Carnetta is a graduate of the Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Administration Program at the Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Canada She also specializes in Personnel Administration.

The Jacaranda Terrace Restaurant and Bar is our open air grill and bar which overlooks the Maraval river.
