Mosaic Restaurant is located on level one of The Westin Sydney. Al fresco dining is is available on the large open balcony under the sunny glass atrium overlooking the grand old GPO forecourt. Mosaic is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The suite covers an enormous 186 square metres and features a four poster bed, dining table for 6 people in an expansive living area, two bathrooms, ornate entry foyer and the original postmasters writing desk from 1874. The Bar. The Bar is one of Sydney’s hot spots. The central location, in the foyer of The Westin Sydney, has turned this elegant venue into a popular place to meet and relax in style. Designed in light wood panelling with an intimate yet open plan lounge, The Bar extends on a raised platform into the bustling area of the atrium courtyard. The Bar’s snack menu is available from 11.30am to 11pm and provides the perfect alternative to a midday or evening meal. The menu features items such as traditional caesar salad, selection of gourmet sandwiches, soup, cheese platter and an antipasto bar.
