| Situated in the Tuamotu Archipelago, Fakarava is the second largest atoll in Polynesia, with the widest pass which is almost a mile wide.

This atoll was the ancient capital of the Tuamotu archipelago, and with its six surrounding islands, is now becoming a part of a the UNESCO Biosphere Program. Numerous Polynesian legends have enriched the heritage of Fakarava and its mythical appeal.
Air Tahiti flies directly to Fakarava from Tahiti almost daily. Direct flights from Bora Bora to Fakarava are also available on certain days.
ACCOMMODATION: All the bungalows are very spacious and offer the same amenities; the categories are determined by their disposition. Each bungalow offers an interior space of more than 120sq feet with a covered terrace of more than 30 sq feet and teak furniture.
Beach furniture is available.

RESTAURANTS: The large dinning room accommodates 48 people in comfort. It extends to a wooden deck which descends to a white sand terrace overlooking the Fakarava lagoon. Breakfast served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am. Continental buffet, American breakfast available for an additional charge. Lunch from noon to 2.00 pm and Dinner from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm. The chef has created a selection of delicious dishes influenced by the surrounding Pacific Ocean.
