Kaiviti is handy to town, just a 10 minute walk, a suitable base with a welcoming, happy atmosphere for holiday makers
and business travellers.
Ground floor studios are air conditioned, upstairs studios and two bedroom apartments have balconies and ceiling fans.
All the Kaiviti rooms are spacious and so clean, with cooking facilities and IDD phones with internet access. There is also a guests' Internet Corner in the office.
The Poolside bar/snack bar prepares breakfasts and small snacks; guests may use the barbeque, and also charge to their room meals taken at next-door.

ACCOMMODATION: 2 bedroom apartments take up two levels and can accommodate up to six guests. These all have ceiling fans and balconies with a view of the harbour. Studios on the ground floor are air-conditioned; all others have balconies and ceiling fans.
All studio units have kitchenettes, telephone, bathroom, reading lamps, dining area, coffee table and lounge chairs.
DINING & ENTERTAINMENT: Kaiviti has a bar/snack bar beside the large pool,
as well as a BBQ for guests' use. Also charge
facilities next door at The Melanesian Hotel's 24 hour restaurant, Gino's, which provides 24 hour room service.
FACILITIES: A guests' Internet Corner in the office caters
for those who aren't travelling with laptops.
Facilities include a guests' laundry and a laundry
services, babysitting, small library, office services and help
with tour advice and arrangements. Hair dryers on request.
