Awtar

Offering the finest in Lebanese cuisine and entertainment within an opulent, dramatic setting on the lobby level of the hotel, is Awtar, one of Grand Hyatt Dubai's two signature restaurants.

Awtar's menu specializes in Lebanese cuisine with an emphasis on authenticity and quality in terms of both cuisine with chefs from Lebanon at the helm of the kitchen and the produce, which is imported directly into the region right down the oils used for cooking and dressing.

Manhattan Grill
From the grill, specialties includes lamb chops, a wide choice of succulent, top-grade US Prime beef and New York steak whilst the Rotisserie serves crisp US duckling, free-range chicken and lamb loin. Fish and seafood lovers are well served with whole Maine lobsters, king prawns, shrimp and crisp Dover sole amongst the menu choices. As with all restaurants within the hotel, supreme effort is made to ensure diners receive a totally authentic dining experience, which is reflected by the knowledge and experience of the chefs and waiting staff as well as in the cuisine itself.

Andiamo!
One of the most important Italian imports at Andiamo! are the restaurant's three Italian chefs, who bring many years experience to the kitchens at both Andiamo! and its sister outlets, Panini and Vinoteca. Andiamo!'s chefs have created an eclectic menu featuring the finest appetizers, soups, pizzas, pastas, and northern Italian delicacies, all enduring favourites that have helped make Italian cuisine so loved throughout the world. The restaurant's chefs have sourced from their homeland many products never before seen in Dubai such as fossa, a semi-hard cheese from the dairy region of Emilia Romagna which is matured in hand-made pots in the ground, as well as delicate truffle cheeses from Liguria.

The Market Café
The lively ambiance in The Market Café sets the tone in Grand Hyatt Dubai's Atrium area from early in the day, as guests gather to enjoy a sumptuous buffet breakfast which includes morning favourites from Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia. At lunch and dinner the focus turns to authentic international cuisine, prepared a la minute by multi-national chefs from The Market Café's wood-fired and tandoor ovens, and its Rotisserie. A constantly changing repertoire of dishes and cooking styles in the restaurant is dictated by the freshest products available daily.

Peppercrab
Appetisers combine more traditional Asian favourites such as Shrimp Spring Rolls with Sweet and Sour Dip to the more unusual Oyster Omelette and Grilled Fish Mousse in Palm Leaves. Other Singaporean specialities include Stir-fried Squid with Sambal Chilli and Fried Scallops and Asparagus. Tasty desserts like Crunch fried Finger Banana with Vanilla Sauce; Chilled Peach Pudding and Chandol, a traditional Singaporean dessert of Pandan Vermicelli in Coconut and Palm Sugar bring dinner at Peppercrab to a satisfying finale. A full wine and bar list is also available as well as an array of coffee, special coffees and loose-leaf teas.
