The 800 seat colossal
restaurant features 3 cooking methods as opposed to ethnic cuisines, celebrating food at its simplest nature. Highlighting basic elements for cooking methods, one finds fire, steam, water and ice. Two bars are also featured within the overall concept for wine and mixology.
